Shoulder injuries can occur acutely with a trauma or incident, or can have a slow onset over time. They can involve a number of different structures and dysfunctional movements patterns.

What Can We Do?
Hands On Physiotherapy:
This includes a number of treatment techniques aimed to reduce symptoms, restore mobility and improve function.
They may include;
- Soft tissue massage
- Mobilisation of the glenohumeral joint
- Mobilisation of the neck and thoracic spine
- Dry needling
- Taping
Exercise Based Physiotherapy:
- Restoring range of motion and mobility
- Loading and strengthening the shoulder within pain parameters and post-operative limitations where applicable
- Postural correction and restoring functional movement patterns
- Rehabilitation to reach goals – including everyday activities, work-related and sport-related goals
