Men’s Strength Class

Keeping strong, fit, and healthy is essential as we get older. Having good strength keeps you feeling robust and enables you to enjoy doing all the things you love. Our men’s strength class provides a fun and welcoming environment for all abilities, and our gym program is designed by our physiotherapists to help older men remain fit and strong.

Prior to attending a class, we require that you have a one-on-one introductory consult with one of our physiotherapists at our onsite gym. They will assess your strength, form and function and work collaboratively on your personal goals.
