Our Osteoporosis classes provide a fun and welcoming environment for ladies aged 50+ who have been diagnosed or have risk factors associated with Osteoporosis. Our classes are designed by our physios to help build strength, balance and bone density through the use of exercise. They are also a whole lot of fun where you can perform your exercises in a relaxed and supervised setting.

Prior to attending a class, we require that you have a one-on-one introductory consult with one of our physios at our onsite gym. They will assess your strength, form and function and work collaboratively on your personal goals.
